My home has been listed on the MLS for a week, but it still doesn't show up on Zillow. Why?

How long will it take for my home's MLS listing to show up on Zillow?  It is listed in Catawba Valley MLS in North Carolina, #9566237

If the CV MLS syndicates with Zillow, the agent may need to click on options to chose which sites the listing shows.

Actually other homes on the same MLS system do show up on Zillow.  I'll ask the agent about automatic syndication.  It is showing up on other sites.

Zillow syndicates with about 1/3 of the 900 MLSs in the US.   Therefore, if it hasn't shown up most likely the Catawba Valley MLS is not one of those.

Therefore, your question to your agent should be "what approach do you use to get listings on non-MLS sites".     The agent can add it to Zillow manually,  put it in a service such as postlets, listhub, vflyer (or others) or set up a feed to Zillow.

Does your agent have their listings set up for automatic syndication?
