Hey it's only Zillow don't sweat it. They run by a computer model not real life. You can go in and claim your home. After you do that you can play withit and see what you can do to increase your value. I live in a neighborhood of 180-200k homes. One of my neighbors went in and played with his home and now it has a Zestimate of almost 700k!





My home has been up-dated and the house next door has not. They don't even have central air .
