My home has been up-dated and the house next door has not. They don't even have central air .

Their home is valued for more than mine. And the house across the street is older and not re-modeled an it is valued higher. Mine is larger than both and in better shape.This is not fare.Our house used better quality materials when built. It was the builders home.your judgement is off and Iould like to know why.

Hey it's only Zillow don't sweat it. They run by a computer model not real life. You can go in and claim your home. After you do that you can play withit and see what you can do to increase your value. I live in a neighborhood of 180-200k homes. One of my neighbors went in and played with his home and now it has a Zestimate of almost 700k!
