My home has gone down in value

My home has gone down in value by $21,000 in the last 30 days according to Zillow and yet the homes directly adjacent have either gone down in value by less that $7,000 or actually right next door has gone up in value by $2,500?  And my home is the only one on the block that has had its Kitchen and bathrooms completely remodeled in the past year.  Does anyone know why Zillow would reduce my home value by triple those homes of similar dimensions directly next door to me?  This defies logic, I realize Zillow isn't accurate but I was using it for trending.  It appears ths trending isn't accurate either.

Make a claim to ownership on Zillow .... then update the information... It make a couplr of weeks to update ... they need the correct information ...
I recently claimed and update property in Pensacola ... and within 30 days the value has shown a major change.

And of course Rancho is in California .... and my property there has taken MAJOR hits in the last 6 months ...  So ... it may just be the location.

Have you checked some of the other houses?  Have their owners also claimed and updated info about them?  Is the info, whether the public load or the owner updates, accurate?  It sounds like for some reason you and your neighbor are going into separate comparable pools.
