I agree that the Zestimate is of no major practical use, but if you want to give me your address, I can see if I can figure out why it doesn't show up.

The zestimates are often far off base so I would not be too concerned. No one ever refers to them when writing an offer. The data they use is from 3rd party sources like tax records and we know how inaccurate and incomplete they are with respect to GLA and SF.




My home has no Zestimate, though all the homes around mine do. All I have is a tax assessed value?
