My home has two Zestimates, with one indicating it is located in WA instead of CA. Please advise

There are two Zestimates for the same address (1144 Vard Loomis Lane, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420) with one of them showing WA for the state instead of CA.  Which one is the number that we could use since there is about a $30K difference.  The house was remodeled when purchased in 2007 and we are the current owners.

I meant to say we remodeled (extensively) the home when we purchased it in 2008.
