My home has two separate estimates on your site. Why is this?

When I log in to my acct and view my property it has an estimate of $324,000 but when I look at the map view and click on my home it has an estimate of $212,000. Identical condos on either side have an est of $325,000. Also had a walk thru appraisal of a refinance in dec 2011 that appraised it for $370,000. How do I get this corrected by you?
