My home has two very different Zestimates listed. How do I remove the incorrect Zestimate?

For Address 211 Columbia Avenue Cranford NJ 07016
The incorrect listing is at $275,200 - The sales figures are incorrect.  How do I remove this and keep the correct Zestimate ($406,500).
