Welcome to Zillow.   This is something that Zillow needs to help you fix.    Therefore, open the property details page of the wrong one (the one without public data), click  on edit and chose "report problem with home".   Describe the issue.   It will join the queue for deletion, but  may take several weeks.

This tends to be a remnant of when it was on the market.
