Zillow does not manually edit or remove Zestimates. The Zestimate is an estimate. Not an appraisal. It is an automated valuation model. Automated valuation models are very common in real estate, and authorization by the property owner is not required to calculate one.

This is exactly why I want the zestimate removed. It is not an accurate estimate because it does not include the 5 acres or shop. Therefore it is adversely affecting viewer perceptions of my property. I have not authorized zillow to place a value on my property and therefore the zestimate needs to be removed. Let me say this again....this is not a subdivision property and the zestimate is wrong! Zillow needs to get an appraisal before they claim a value on my property otherwise do not post it! I need to talk to a manager regarding this issue. Zillow does not post a phone number or direct email for customer interactions because they do not care about customers. This business model will not last long.

Hi rainman79,
Since your property is currently listed as For Sale on Zillow the listing agent has the ability to edit the home facts. She is currently the claimed listing owner, so she can simply sign in to Zillow and edit the home facts from the home details page. There is an Edit dropdown menu with an option to edit home facts.
Editing the home facts will impact the Zestimate over time. As you probably know, the Zestimate is simply a starting point. It is only an estimate. For a more accurate valuation we recommend an appraisal. Please browse these resources for more information on the Zestimate.
