They should be able to search it by lot size which would give the person a list of properties suitable for keeping horses.

In the area where you can check RV Storage, another check box for Barn could be added and then the description would be in the comments area.

I agree, it would be helpful for most users of Zillow to have the added categories you'd like to see. Maybe as Zillow (although large) continues to grow and be used in larger lot/more rural areas, we'll see these features added. Although there are 'single family buyers' that will consider looking at 'horse properties', and maybe breaking the category would be too limiting for a buyer... I would think adding some of the 'horse' features as boxes to check for an added value is important.

My home is a horse property, but is included in single family homes.
