Sounds like a possible bug. That view number should be a cumlative number of views on that home page including your views. So for example, this page with your post has gotten 24 views.
If the number always shows as "1" I would report the page to Zillow using the yellow "edit" pencil under the photo so you can keep your address private, but Zillow can take a look.

Zillow goes by IP address so perhaps it is only you that have viewed. Or perhps there is a glitch.
My home is for sale and now the page view always shows 1...why?; I know people have been viewing.
