If your house is listed for sale with a red icon and "for sale' In the pop up box and property details page, you'll discover that you can't claim it. Instead, you have to figure out who is listing the property and ask them to remove it from their listing website. (Scroll to the bottom of the property details page). If it has a grey icon and simply a Zestimate, then is it simply presenting public data and Zillow's estimate of value. Z

The best thing to do is to "Claim" your home under the Edit feature. This allows you to claim it as the true and current owner. You can then email Zillow and they will remove it. While you're there you can also edit facts and features of your home if there are any that are incorrect. This will also help increase your "Zestimate" which usually is inaccurate. Hope this helps!

My home is listed FOR SALE on your website but we are not selling it! I would like that removed!
How do I get that changed?
