Yes, I see I misunderstood what you were saying...
You can change the 3300 sqft on Zillow to 1200 sqft.
The Rent Zestimate won't change right away, but within a month or two it should.

It may be totally off, but it is modeled from properties listed for rent on this website.
If you are able to rent it for more, good for you.

My home is listed here as potentially earning $1951 rental which is totally off
My home has 1200 sq ft living space. King County in WA State "had" it listed as 3,000 sq ft 4 bed, 3 bath. I complained, sent at their request the building drawings from a permit that expired in 2008. King County changed it to 3030 sq ft 6 bed, 6 bath, kept condition as very good, changed obsolescence to 80. There is no mention of it having only 1200 sq ft finished or the true condition. Paraphrasing Ms Alsheiah, she said that they are following the law, that the information is for them and appraisers who can understand the terminology. Regarding the condition as "very good" she said that "they are referring to when it is finished."
