First, claim it. You should find that option under "Edit" on the home details page. After that refer to the answer given by Rachel on the thread attached to the link below.

Oops, bad info. Since you have an agent, possibly you could forward the link to your agent. Your agent probably has control of the listing, and any editing.
After looking at the map the map location editing tool might not be available. If it's not, the option to notify Zillow of the problem could be a choice under problem with home/listing.

My home is listed on Zillow but it is showing up on the map as the house next door.
