It's been found that lending institutions use Zillow as a starting point for refi's and sales, this can influence my chances of obtaining a loan/refi.  One listing shows 1711,700 and the other 134,000 I would like to get this corrected, any advice?  Thanks

Hi bggord -

I was able to check on the properties claimed under your account. It seems that your property has a duplicate. I'll be sending the one with a zestimate of $139,400 for deletion since this is the duplicate. This will reflect within a week or so.

Thank you.
