My home is not covered

I bought a home in Rio Rancho, NM three years ago.  It was a relatively new area and not covered by Zillow at the time.  I figured it would be covered eventually though since it's not a rural area... it's very suburban.  It's been three years now though and I'm wondering when, if ever, it will be covered by Zillow.  My home is on San Pedro Rd.  Any ideas?

Tracy's nearly there. Your development is fairly new, in as much as we don't have lots of historical tax data to go by, or recent sales. It's Zillow's goal to have a Zestimate on every home in the country -- with a little more time and data, we'll have one on yours too.

I'm looking for an estimate of the value of my home at 1513 San Pedro Road, Rio Rancho, NM.  Although I've owned the home for 3 years, it doesn't come up in Zillow when I search for it and none of the other online estimate sites cover it either.

I don't know this for sure but suspect Zillow can not get good data to work with.   I would be happy to work up a market value if you would like, or I have a "Market Snapshot" report I can send you that shows homes currently on the market and recent sales in your neighborhood.
