When there has been an active feed, sometimes it is a bit tricky to switch from one to another. Let's see if we can make some progress stepping through it.
If your house is listed for sale on Zillow, is it listed by an agent who still has an active listing feed to Zillow or did you post it for sale on another site (such as postlets or owners.com etc)? In both cases, you can find the source of the listing by opening the home details page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the blue listing website.
If you put it on using postlets or other site for a FSBO, go to that site and cancel the listing. That should free it up within 24 to 72 h.
If by an agent, contact the agent and ask them to remove it fro m the feed source. (focus on the feed source in this communication - not Zillow).
Then, come back to Zillow and if you still can't claim the home, go to "edit" then chose "report problem with..." and chose "incorrect owner claim".
