Hi heaveners -
Upon further checking, your neighborhood is tied to a defined parcel. This is the reason you can't locate the "Move Home's Map Location" in your home's detail page after hovering over the "Edit" option. We can't change the location of your home on the map yet, we have to wait for our data providers to update the codes they've provided. Just a heads up, updates are done by batches and not by individual homes so there is no definite time frame when this would be done.
Please don't hesitate to e-mail us back for further inquiries.
Thank you.

As I mentioned below I do not have the option to "move home's map location" under edit. How would I change the lat./long.?

"Move home's map location" is available only when Zillow has no latitude & longitude information on a property, I guess that there is wrong coordinates home's location in the Heaveners' case. (not a missing)

If you have claimed your house and are logged into Zillow, you should see something like this when you hover over the "edit" menu under the main photo on your home page. Does it look like the photo below or does your menu have options missing?

My home is shown in an incorrect location on the maps. How do I fix this?
