Since all listings on Zillow are pulled from the MLS, sometimes for whatever reason will never make it on Zillow. It could be that your listing agent submitted the wrong MLS #.

Since townhouse was built in Aug 2007, they probably do not have enough info to compile a Zestimate. You can read more about that here. You do have the option of posting it on Zillow yourself, but you would not have an estimate until Zillow compiled enough information to give the house one.
