If you are concerned your Zestimate is lower than your proposed asking price, you can do the following:

a.  Claim your home and edit facts to make sure all are correct.  If there are incorrect facts (sale prices, assessment etc) that are incorrect, report them to Zillow with the little pale grey flag or "report problem with home" feature found under "edit".)   Should there be substantial changes, it will take a few weeks to a few months for the Zestimate to respond fully.

b.  Make a comment in the Zestimate 'owner's comment" section.   Make the comment factual with comps (and dates) and/or appraisal (with date).   Statements such as "Zestimate is too low because Zillow doesn't know what it is doing" are often seen, but these don't do much to help  buyers' confidence and tend to make them more confident the Zestimate is correct.

c.  Describe upgrades and other features that add value in the description section.

Good luck.
