Zillow readily admits its Zestimates are merely estimates based solely on public records. You can edit the improvements to your home. First, go to your address & claim your home as your. Then look for the pencil icon at the bottom right of the window. Click on the icon to enter the edit section. Enter the inprovements you made to your home. Be sure to save you edits. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue button that says "Continue."
