My home shows 276,000 what would up dating do to the price?

I just put on a new metal rooff ($20,000),  ripped out the kitchen and spend $35,000 on kitchen, put in all new floors $15,000), bought all new appliances ($11,000, put in all new hurrcaine and energy efficient windows $10,500), added a third bath ($10,000), replaced the other two baths $12,000), rewired the entire house ($12,000).  I eliminated the walls between the kitchen and dining room.  I took half the wall between the kitchen and living room to give an open plan.    I replaced the sliding doors to the family room and put in french doors and raised the floor in the family room to match the house level.    In all I spent almost $150,000 on the house.  Does that increase the value or just make it more sellable?

Zillow readily admits its Zestimates are merely estimates based solely on public records.  You can edit the improvements to your home.  First, go to your address & claim your home as your.  Then look for the pencil icon at the bottom right of the window.  Click on the icon to enter the edit section.  Enter the inprovements you made to your home.  Be sure to save you edits.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue button that says "Continue."

 Sounds like you've been busy.

The upgrades you describe may add some value to your home, and you can call them out in the 'my estimate' feature once you've claimed your home.
