It is zillow. I can see the county records on the county recorders website and it doesn't show any sale for that period. I would suspect that the mis-represented information came from the home next door that sold for about that much or the street over where our mail is often delivered. It's the same number on 2nd st. instead of 2nd pl.

Zillow is not the Issue, you need to find the source. This site and others collect information from Public records, other sites etc, for example you may of refinance or taken a home Equity loan out
Now when it was recorded and the way the Property appraiser display it may have been collected as sold

My home shows it sold last year for $60k, but just on Zillow. Is there anyway to correct this?
