Hi, Bud_R --
To get Zillow estimate of your home, simply enter the address at the top and they should pull up a "profile" of your home.
Zillow uses multiple sources to create its Zestimates. County tax records are the primary driver of the data. When your tax records are accurate, it helps improve its ability to value home prices. However, one of the major shortcomings of Zillow is that it can't go inside your home to see that you have a brand new kitchen compared to your neighbor. While Zillow is a great starting point, the best way to get a current market analysis is to have a professional Realtor provide you with an in-depth market analysis. They should look at past sales in your neighborhood, condition, and location, among other things.
Good Luck!

It's on the Home Details page, about half way down - it's an estimate. Sometimes they're right on, sometimes they're quite a bit off. You should have an agent do a CMA from recent MLS sales to get you a really good value.
