One of the first things to do when a Zestimates seems out of line is to check to see if all the data are correct. Therefore, I pulled up your property and noticed that there is no number for square footage. All that shows is --
You can claim your home and edit the data to show the size of the townhome This may affect the Zestimate, but be patient. It can take several weeks to several months.

My home zestimate is way off from my neighborhood
138 Moore Dr, Rockville MD 20850, zillow.com shows $214,200 zestimate for me. I live in townhome community, my unit is fully loaded it used to show zestimate of 389,900.
Even thought rest of the townhomes next to me still show correct zestimate but my house is way off from the rest.
Can you please look into this
Thanks
