You have my home at 5837 Bedford Loop East, Southaven Ms 38672 advertised as 1693 square foot, but it is actually 2067.  I am  asking $179,900 (price negotiable) and your zestimate put it at $155,200.  The home is insured at over $200,000, because that it what it would cost to rebuild.  I do not appreciate your zestimate undermining my asking price.  I paid to advertise on the FSOB web site and expect as a seller  not to be throw under the bus.  A house is worth what a buyer is willing to pay. The entire United  State didn't lose their mind over pricing houses.  Southaven Mississippians are not  asking $600,000 for  60 year-old-junkers like California. The prices in Southaven are reasonable;  however, the media, including you, are forcing house prices down to an unreasonable level every where. Please correct the information or remove it from your site.  Your advertising is not helping me.
