My house addres is actualy shown as my neighbors house so how do I find the Zillow info on my house?

My address is 1252 N 100 E Harrisville UT.  The information shown is for 1260 N 100 E.  1252 N is south of 1260.

Kindly log in to your Zillow account then Favorite Homes. Click the property address then on the home details page, look for the Claim your home link and follow the instructions in claiming. After that, find the Edit home location tool to adjust the property's location.
