My house closed Sept. 27, 2011, is not reflected on Zillow

Also not shown in Butler County Auditor office. Title company still has not sent the deed to the the county. When the title companhy company FINALLY sends to County, how long until Zillow gets information?

I've seen closed sales appear in Zillow in as little as 10 calendar days and as long as 9 months.  I've not monitored anything for your area. Zillow purchases the data from third party data collectors,  and you are right that they can't collect it until it is seen in the Butler County records.

Forever.....They are the slowest to respond.
we bought our house in April 2011 and it is still listed as "for sale" and even the listing realtor says he can do nothing with the Zillow people.
