In this market it is never too soon to reduce your price. Homes that are priced competitively are selling. Homes that are in a higher price range $250k+ usually have a longer list to sale period, simply because they have a smaller active buyer pool. If your home is over-priced and in great show condition it still will not sell. See what homes have sold for comparable to yours, and also look at what is currently active on the market and price the home competitively. The longer you wait to reduce the price, if that is the issue, the more $ you may lose in the long run, as prices continue to drop.
