I would suggest you go in to My Zillow, top right and 'claim' your home, once you claimed it, make sure the information is right. The more square footage the bigger the value, more bedrooms you have , more value, so go ahead and update it to see if you can bring it all up in value. etc

The solution to your problem is, most likely, to ignore Zillow and the Zestimate. It is not an appraisal and should not be treated as such. scepticism is probably well placed.
