My house has dropped in value according to your fuzzy math from over 350 to 125 less than neighbors

My house is larger and has more acreage, you had it before at a much larger number it dropped significantly from 350 to 260 to 138 to 125 this is ridiculous. Your fuzzy math is very disturbing when I might have to refinance my house, I will go in very sceptically based on your data. Please review, my house is approximately 2200 sq ft, with a yard measuring approximately 11,395+ an abandoned alley. I have a 900 sq. foot three car garage or shop that is detached from the house.

I would suggest you go in to My Zillow, top right and 'claim' your home, once you claimed it, make sure the information is right. The more square footage the bigger the value, more bedrooms you have , more value, so go ahead and update it to see if you can bring it all up in value. etc

This home is probably dragging your value down. Best to contact a Realtor or appraiser for an accurate value, and ignore Zillow.

Zillow does not MAKE value, it reports it, and will have no effect on your refi.

The solution to your problem is, most likely, to ignore Zillow and the Zestimate.  It is not an appraisal and should not be treated as such.  scepticism is probably well placed.

You'll want to contact an agent that is familiar with your area for the best value.  Some things still can't be done by computers!
