My house inside covered area is not correct on the City Appraisal. How can I get that corrected so that its appraised at the correct square footage? I planning to get this corrected before I sell it.

If the city assessor has the incorrect information, you will need to call them to ask them how to correct it.

In addition, you can correct it on Zillow (which doesn't go back to the city offices).   Claim your home, and then edit the home facts.
