My house is listed for sale, but it is not!!!

Can you please remove my home from Zillow as a listing of "For Sale"? It was re-listed in December 2011, but sold to us in July 2011. We have called the realtors that the house is listed under, and they said that it is Zillow that has messed up, and not them. Please assist me in removing this listing?

If you open the home details page, scroll to the very bottom.  Is there a blue listing website/listing source?   If so, click on it and see if it is active.   If it is active, ask the agent to remove it from the listing feed.   Be very careful in your discussion with the agent to identify the feed source, not the recipients (of which Zillow is probably one of many).    Zillow can't remove it from outside party feeds, although can block them.

Before you call them again, google your address to see how many other sites have an active listing from the agent.

Hi, Just go on Zillow and sign up or use their help option, you can also contact them, however, the listing agen that appears on the listing should take care of it for you, after all, Realtors have the resources and ability, as well as a resposibility to provide assistance to the general public.
