My house is listed in the wrong zip code and city.

The house I own is in Kent, OH 44240 and for some reason it changed on zillow to Newton Falls, OH 44444. This change occurred a year after I claimed the house in Kent.  This is NOT correct and the value listed with you is not correct. I've asked to have this changed 3 times now and you haven't fixed this. Newton Falls is 21+ miles from Kent. I have this home for sale and I believe your error has been a factor in it's not selling. I am considering legal action if we cannot get this corrected in a timely manner.
