My house is listed twice with identical stats but Zillow estimates are very different. Why?

There are two listings for 91 W Walnut St, Yoe, PA 17313.  Why does Zillow have two very different estimates for the same house?  How are Zillow guestimates calculated or are they just a random number guided by similar houses in the area?

Open the details page of the one without the tax history/sales history, go to "edit" and chose "report problem".   Chose "incorrect facts" and describe that it is a duplicate, and request that Zillow delete it.  It usually takes a week or two.

There are missing data on one of them, the tax history and sales history.   Those two are important part of the Zestimate calculations.

This one has the sales history and tax history.
