My house is listed twice with two very different Estimates. How can this be fixed?

My house is listed twice. It is not currently for sale so I am confused on why this has happened.  The correct listing does show my sales info and tax data. Who can fix this?

Duplicates are usually remnants of the property being listed in the past. I can send the duplicate for deletion. Can you provide the address?
