Hi acheslow -
I just checked the property and saw that the reason it is listed twice on the website, is that, initially, it is a missing home and you entered the information on our database. Since then, our data providers was able to collect your home information from the county and uploaded it on the website. This does not override the previous record we have for your home.
Since we already have the county records for your property, and we were able to provide a Zestimate (Zillow Home ID: 72070303), I will be requesting for the deletion of the home that you just entered in our system (Zillow Home ID: 2146967058) so that only one home will be listed on our website.

I believe that this is a different scenario. :)
There are times when two properties are assigned to one address. This happens because we receive house location, street map, and satellite image data from different sources. We place these layers of data on top of each other to create our maps and public facts, and as a result, sometimes two houses appear for one address search.
It’s a complex problem and we’re working on it. However, this problem only impacts the search result itself, and not the home facts and Zestimate value on the website which is associated with the correct home.
In the meantime, I would suggest that you claim ownership of the home which matches the details of your true property the most. After that, you can edit the location of your house on the map yourself, or edit the home facts.
Please let us know if you have any other concern.

Thanks, Karen. As of today, both records are still in your database. Does it normally take this long to delete a record?
Thanks
Thanks
Hi acheslow -
I do apologize for the delay of the deletion of the duplicate listing. I really cannot provide any time frame, but rest assured that I will be making a follow-up on this matter.
Thank you for your patience.
