My house is no longer listed on the mls. How do I get the agent connected to the listing removed?

Hi gena8445 -

You may remove the posting so that the agent's info will be removed from your home. Just click on the "Edit status" button beside the sale price. Choose "No longer for sale" and hit on "Create your listing".

If you want to re-post your listing as FSBO, just go back to the home details page and click on "Post home for sale" on the left side of the page.

Thanks.

The agent may have put your house into a data file of houses he/she has for sale. Many agents upload information into zillow this way.  Your former agent may have forgotten to remove your house from that data file.  Contact the agent with a reminder.

In Washington State, If it is no longer listed, then it is noramally expired or canceled. This should mean that your contract is over. You possible  can hire a new agent now. It should be spelled out in your contract. If you do not see it, then call your brokerage and ask for the broker. The broker is in charge of all contracts there.
