often the agents don't know how to solve the problem if it's a messed up broker feed. the broker needs to be told and given the opportunity to correct it.
and chances are if it's fed incorrectly to zillow it's that way in other places. You'll want to address all of them by addressing the real problem and involving the broker.

I would recommend filing a complaint with the local real estate commission.

I would contact her broker with a cc to you, the local board, and Heather Valle. Give them three business days to remove their advertisement on your home.
Sometimes agents don't know where it is coming from when it is on Zillow (so they blame Zillow even when there is a feed with their name on it), so you can help on this one by opening your home details page, scroll to the bottom and click on the blue listing website. Give the gang a link to the feed website and request removed from that source.
While you are at it, google your address to see how many other websites show your house for sale.
