If your house still shows for sale, did you put it up for sale or did an agent put it up for sale? If an agent did, open the property details page, scroll to the bottom and find "listing source". Request that they remove the property from the listing source, and remove it from Zillow.
While Zillow employees can manually remove it, as long as your ex-agent leaves it on "listing source", it will keep refreshing as for sale.
