Hi sncshaxpir -
Naima is right. The 18k increase was from the recent Zestimate update last 10/5. I checked the property and I can see that you updated your home information on 10/6. The changes you made may gradually increase your value. You may monitor the changes since Zestimate updates are done weekly.
Thank you.

Yes. It was the same amount before the increase. Thanks.

It shows that it was increased by 18K to 484,500 on 10/5. Is that the same amount that it was before the increase?

One more question. I put the accurate information on my home, and today I got an alert that the home increased by $18,000. But when I look at the Zestimate, it is exactly the same as before I added the info and the increase was not added. Is this just an error? Thanks.

Naima and Faye...Thank you both so much for your help. It worked! This will help me keep tabs on my home during this crazy economy. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into your answers. Thanks a bunch, Christa

Very nice property. Congratulations. It seems that because "cove" was not spelled out is the reason it didn't show up when you looked it up.
Don't forget to protest that tax assessed value so your taxes go down. That's a huge gap. Also, once you claim it, you can remove the property description too.

The house is at 3715 Misty Cove in Little Elm. We are not selling it... We recently bought it at the end of June and just wanted to put it in my favorites to check the worth every now and again. And also wanted to see if it has the correct number of bedrooms and square footage. Thanks.

Since there is a lot of new construction going on in Little Elm, it could be the reason that it's not on Zillow yet. What is your address?
