My house is not the house that is on zillow, my house comes up as 168 and it's 162 how do I fix this

It has taken my quite sometime to realize this but my house is not the one that is on my zestimate.  I claimed the wrong house because it has the wrong house number on it. My hoouse is coming up as 168 East Gilmore Ave Trafford, Pa 15085, and my real Address is 162 East Gilmore Ave Trafford , Pa 15085  How can I fix this?
