If the house has two different parcel numbers, I do not think that Zillow can join them. They are two different properties that are listed that way with the local assessor.
However, you as the owner can claim your house with the yellow "edit' pencil under the main house photo and make a note that your house is on a double lot. You can also update the lot square footage to include both lots. That may give you a more accurate value on Zillow too.
