That's correct, users can't remove duplicates from the data bases but they can report the issue (using instructions in previous post) so that Zillow puts duplicates in the queue for removal. Choose "other" on the drop down menu in the "Report problem" form and write "duplicate, please remove" in the text box. From observation as an outsider, it looks as if Zillow does these removals of duplicates in batches every week or two.

Zillow responded to your previous post.
The one in the parking lot appears to be a duplicate created by a listing agent a while back. You can report it as a duplicate to Zillow by using "report problem with home" choice in the drop down menu from edit on the home details page. It tends to take a week or two for the duplicates to be removed.

My house is posted twice. One time in Parking Lot!!!
Good afternoon! This is my second attempt and I hope to get any response from those responsible in handling this website. I was checking my house info on zillow. When I enter my hme address, I can see the picture of my house but it appears to be located in a parking lot...and that area is not where the house is actually located. The following is the link: http://www.zillow.com/hom ... 27409_rb/
However, when I enter my neighbor's address, I see the subdivision where my house is located and when I click on my house, all the information is correct. Check out the link where you can see this: http://www.zillow.com/hom ... 239_zpid/
So basically my property is on the website twice, one of which appears to be wrong since the location is not accurate. The second one is right, but people who check my home don't have access to it unless they enter my neighbor address. How can this be changed/fixed? Even though I am NOT selling my house, this website is very influential when it comes to early appraisals, etc. Please fix this error immediately. Thanks! Christian
