How long ago did you notice the $498K Zestimate? In early 2008, when we released a new algorithm, we re-computed historical time series for all homes in the U.S. so the peak value might have changed before and after this re-computation.


My house peaked a couple years ago on Zillow at 498K, now 10 yr history shows peak at like 298K.
