My house purchase value not used

My house is 2437 S. 11th St. Phila. My purch price is not used in the Zillow valuator. This was not between relatives or any known parties. the values in this area were going up until the market flattened. This value should be used. The value of 2439 S. 11th is the bad value. He basically dumped his house because he didn't owe much and wanted to take his cash out and got an apartment. He wanted to sell quick.

Don't worry.  Zillow will show you how much they care about accuracy in their zestimates.   You will correctly gauge their integrity based on how fast and how credibly they answer your very fair and reasonable question.

 

Stay tuned.... I mean, don't hold your breath.    Others including me have been shined on by zillow when we have asked the same question.
