As Sunnyview mentioned, it is usually the location (and thus pictures) that are off, not the address, since the address is what is used to obtain the county records. If you can find your correct address, and you claim your house and assign (at least temporarily) a "price" or "make me move", you can move the house to where it belongs.
But there are two other cases where the address itself can be wrong.
1) Someone typed it in wrong when doing a "feed" from another site, or when "adding" a listing that didn't show in the country records. The easiest way to fix that is to add a new listing with the correct address and copy everything from the old one to the new one, and then delete the defective one after deleting all content.
2) The county records may be wrong. There are all kinds of reasons an address may have changed in the county records. The most likely is that something was demolished and something else built on the same site; the cities and counties usually don't like to assign the same address number to a different structure. Or an address may have been applied for obtaining utilities, but then when an official address is assigned by the county it ends up being different. If the county records are wrong, or have changed, it is necessary to check to make sure the county records are straightened out first; and then there is a huge time delay until Zillow gets the revised information as they rely on 3rd party providers.
Though you can have added properties removed from the Zillow database, you cannot have county record property records deleted from their database.

It is great that you claimed your house so ZIllow can find it. I saw your updated question and I hope they can answer it for you. Zillow's runs on a small staff and sometimes it take a little time for them to get back to you, but they will answer and try to help.

The photos are correct, it is the address at the top of the house page that is wrong. I've been (unsuccessfully) trying to find a way to contact Zillow about it.

I am a little confused, but I will try to help. Do you mean that the address shown on your front street view photo is wrong or do you mean that the address for your property information is wrong when you type it in the box? The street view photos are sometimes a bit off since they are divided up roughly from large street length shots. That error (though mildly annoying sometimes) does not affect your Zillow house facts, Zestimate or basic numbers. Those two pieces of information are separate. The photo comes from a map company that Zillow has no control over and cannot really change (as far as I have read). If on the other hand your address at the top of you house page is wrong, Zillow may be able to change that. You may want to claim your house and clarify your question a little so Zillow can check it out for you more easily and reply
My house shows the wrong address. The picture and birds eye view are correct. How do I correct that?
