Hi mlb5683 -
This property is manually created or the duplicate, most probably created when the house was posted for sale last 2007. I'll send it for deletion to avoid confusion.
You can click this to check the correct property.
Thank you.

The house I was buying at 23 cranberry ln, middleton, ma was listed on the market several times and was being used as the model home with open house invitations all the time. We found MOLD and many other defects and even the lighting fixtures, toilets and other upgrades to the cranberry commons condominiums home were purchased out of pocket and the builder refused to give us our money back. What happens if the builder sells the home to someone else and the MOLD and other defects that can't be seen are not fixed by the builder Peter Barbagallo?

There could be many reasons , have your Realtor do a CMA , also it could ba Zestimate which is taken as a non-direct comparison in a many surrounding areas around your home , and not like for like NEAR your home ...it gives you a broad idea of the overall general area but not the exact comparison . Check with your Realtor.

You can flag the listings and Zillow will delete the agent created one. Under the picture of the home there is an EDIT button, when you hover over it there will be an option to report a problem. Do it for both homes, write an explaination, and Zillow will delete one of them.

You can't, but Zillow staff is going to do it for you. I'm not a Zillow's employee.
