I don't know why that 1529 Boyd st. Zestimate is low, compared to its neighbor, but follow the comps then the your home's Zestimate is not too far from its value.

By the way, enjoy your new home and don't think about it, Your property's Zestimate maybe go up more than your neighbor's in no time.

1362 Hartland just sold for 267,500, so this could be one of the reasons. Also you sev only reflects an approximate value of 244,000. However, the Troy market is increasing and in demand so I believe you purchased right at 270,000. 1435 Hartland is also pending sale with a list price of 249,900. 3787 Hawthorne is listed at 287,900 and and 1254 Heartland is listed at 299,500. This is what is going on in your square mile area. If there are other homes listed and or sold for more it is because they are either newer or larger than yours. I hope this was helpful. Thank you, Eva

My house value for 1529 Boyd St Troy Mi is shown very low compared to other neighbouring homes. lik
