My house was NOT reduced by $47,400!!!

It was reduced by $10,400.
 
I have spoken to a Zillow Rep and he assured me this would be correctred...It's been over a week! 

How do I get "them" to correct this huge error?!   I can not do it!  They have to do it!!

Zillow is very sparsely staffed on weekends, so perhaps calling the rep you spoke with previously tomorrow (pacific coast time business hours) would help a solution move forward.

While it may seem like a week, your first question was posted 4 days ago - hence only two business days have passed since your first posting.
