Hello. If the past recorded sale price is incorrect, you as the owner can use the small white flag next to it to alert Zillow of the error. It would make it faster to correct if you could send the flag with the link to the assessor or recorder's local office with the correct information so Zillow can verify it.
Once Zillow verifies the correct information, they will remove the sale.

Sorry no one has taken the time answer your question since February. I would contact the county to have your home property lines reassessed. They are the only ones that can make the corrections. That way they appear on the tax records. Good Luck.
