My house was not sold. How can the information be changed?

Our builder gifted us with a 30 inch easement the utility companies could not use. The Deed was recorded by the Chicago Title Company on 9/29/2011. This recording now shows that our house was sold for $9245. Please advise what is needed to correct the error. Street address is 1475 Cilento Ct. Henderson,NV.89052

Hello. If the past recorded sale price is incorrect, you as the owner can use the small white flag next to it to alert Zillow of the error. It would make it faster to correct if you could send the flag with the link to the assessor or recorder's local office with the correct information so Zillow can verify it.

Once Zillow verifies the correct information, they will remove the sale.

Sorry no one has taken the time answer your question since February. I would contact the county to have your home property lines reassessed. They are the only ones that can make the corrections. That way they appear on the tax records. Good Luck.
