You are welcome to share your appraisal value on your home detail page in the owner estimate section.  Put the date and the appraisal value and any other supporting information on the appraiser's opinion.

The FAQ "What is a Zestimate?" provides information on what you can and can't do related to your home on Zillow (and what Zillow will and won't do).    Even the CEO of Zillow can't have his home price adjusted based on an appraisal!   Appraisals are also opinions, "facts" are the actual purchase price.

Zestimates are not accurate. It is a computer system that has never been to that area. IT's hard for them to account for foreclosures and short sales. Since they are rarely recorded with Zillow. Your best bet to find out what it is truly worth would be to call your Real Estate agent and have them run comps on your home. It's free to have done and that way you can have a true idea of what your home is worth.

Zillow does  not offer appraisals, but a number calculated from public facts called the Zestimate.  Appraisers are able to see condition and other features that may add value, the appraiser may also have up to date sale that have happened in the last few weeks.   this is exactly why Zillow says their numbers are a starting point, and not a substitute for an appraisal.
